At Wayfarer, I'm committed to community care that is both bespoke and accessible.
My space is designed for gathering—whether to receive care, move your body, or learn. You belong here.
Wayfarer is safe, inclusive, and anti-oppressive. A place where you can set down what you've been carrying.
I've lived enough to know that healing isn't tidy. It's not linear. And it doesn't need to be pretty to be real.
So I don't offer perfection. I offer presence. Honesty. A hand on the railing with you.
I'm a trauma-informed practitioner in Midland, Ontario. I've been open since 2022, but I've been learning how to show up like this for much longer.
As a clinic, I've seen a fair share of change in a little window of time. That's a long story—best told with a curious mind and a drink in hand.
So consider this an open invitation. Ask me sometime. I'll leave the light on.
You set the pace. I'll follow your lead. The best thing I've learned is this: we're on this ride together.
Wayfarer came to life after I realized I needed to change my trajectory.
I moved to Tiny full time in 2021, but commuting to Toronto wasn't cutting it anymore. So I rented a room in a spa, then fell for a small office on King Street. Opening a third clinic was an accident. I've always trusted gut feelings.
From January 2023 to March 2024, I shared that space with an amazing community of practitioners. Then an arsonist set a fire. We lost everything.
I took a year to evolve and heal. When I was ready, other practitioners welcomed me into their spaces so I could return to part-time treatment.
After a lot of curation and dreaming, I'm stoked to say: Wayfarer Wellness 2.0 opens June 2026. More treatment rooms. A movement studio for community use. This new home will be mine and your favourite hang.
