If something helps me better understand people, I'm in.
I grew up in a family of musicians, where listening, curiosity, and creativity were simply part of everyday life. At the same time, I lived with chronic pain, which often felt like a language my body was speaking that I didn't yet understand. Over the years, I've experienced injuries, emotional challenges, burnout, grief, and many moments where I questioned how to move through life with a little more ease.
That question has shaped both my personal life and my career.
As a Registered Massage Therapist since 2009, my practice has never been limited to a single style of treatment. Instead, I've explored various approaches to understanding the body, including pain relief therapy, movement, the nervous system, and human behavior. Each experience has added new perspectives and questions, enhancing my ability to provide effective pain relief therapy.
As a result, no two treatments I offer are ever exactly the same. I prioritize listening first, so together we can figure out what your body needs and create an approach that resonates with you. Sometimes, this involves hands-on manual therapy; at other times, it may include movement, nervous system regulation, education, or a simple conversation that connects the dots. More often than not, it's a thoughtful combination of all these elements that contributes to stress relief treatment.
I don't view our bodies as working against us. Instead, I believe they are doing their utmost to protect us. The tension we carry, the habits we develop, and our responses to stress make perfect sense when we understand their origins. My role isn't to "fix" you; it's to help you build a healthier relationship with those patterns, allowing your body to gradually recalibrate toward greater comfort, resilience, and ease.
Outside the treatment room, I founded Wayfarer Wellness to create the kind of place I always hoped existed—a wellness community that supports both those seeking care and those providing it. I enjoy mentoring practitioners, fostering healthy workplace environments, and helping people cultivate careers and lives that feel sustainable.
Music has been another constant throughout my life. I've played music since I was very small. I've been in bands since I was 15, booked shows and tours acoss north america, and played in varross North Aious styles of groups. Since 2016, I've been privileged to tour as the bari sax player with Arkells, and I continue to explore my passion for playing.
Whether I'm on stage, in the clinic, or leading a team, I've realized I'm always engaging in the same process: listening carefully, adapting, and helping people feel more connected.
Whether you've found your way here as a patient, a practitioner, or someone seeking guidance on your journey, I'm glad you're here!

Hi, I’m Courtney. I’m multi-passionate in my work, intuitively weaving osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, and energy healing into my bodywork sessions. Outside the clinic, I also teach Kundalini Yoga. My work focuses on strengthening and supporting every aspect of the individual—from body and mind to spirit and energy. Each session is guided by the person in front of me and what they need most in that moment. I have devoted myself to practices I know can work because I have experienced their transformative power firsthand. From healing an autoimmune condition to moving through debilitating anxiety and panic, I have walked the path I now support others on. For more than a decade, I have supported patients, clients, and students, offering only the tools, modalities, and practices I deeply understand, including effective pain relief therapy techniques. My focus is mastery, and your highest and best healing is always at the centre of my work.
